Renovation Update #1 - October 22, 2022

The brush & debris that formerly resided around the base of the building has been removed and piled in a ‘convenient’ location for removal from the site. Other dirt work has been completed at the rear of the building and adjacent to the gym.

At the right side behind the tractor, you can see some of a blue dumpster. There’s going to be a lot of internal cleanup and tear out. By the way, rental on that lovely dumpster is $700, pretty darn good trash, apparently.

Well, yes, it’s just an old, empty sign, but destined for transformation. We’ve been talking with ‘sign people’ from Grand Saline to Columbus to Sacramento to Canton, discovered a whole new world, and learned lots of new words.

The next time you see this sign, hopefully in just a few weeks, it will be absolutely fabulous. People will probably stop to take pictures. By the way, the ‘sign people’ seem to be a decent bunch of folks.
